- If someone told me 10 years ago that I would become a health practitioner, I would laugh in disbelief. I had taken my health for granted right till I lost it and then ran to the doctors for help. But as you probably know by now, doctors are not Gods and increased doses of medication will only make you feel better for a short while till your body gets used to them and all the side effects accumulate to make you feel even worse. By the time I decided that enough was enough and stopped relying on quick and easy solutions for health problems I was a complete wreck. Now I am healthy, fit and medication free. Well, I can tell you it was not easy. I tried many diets that did not work, started on exercise regimes, played with some other techniques that left me exhausted. Slowly, by trial and error, my understanding of how our bodies work shaped out. I am very grateful to many professional tutors and healthy life style propagators who helped me in my quest to create my Healthy Body Programme of getting your health back and keeping it. It does not have to be so hard for you, because I would be happy to help you on your way to a healthy new YOU. Be healthy, O.Goldwin
